ANNOUNCING:
Nova League Faction Challenge #2: I Need a Ride
Any shrewd League members have noticed the growing tensions between the Empire and the Conglomeration. War is imminent, and an opportunity for profit is available. Leaguer members see the value in hiring themselves out as mercenaries, supply deliverers, or smugglers for one faction or the other, but to deliver this precious information or goods, they need a cargo-carrying ship.
The Challenge: Your character has worked hard to acquire a cargo ship, build it! Think heavily modified and outfitted with weapons, Millennium Falcon style. If you got creative enough, this challenge could overlap with Nnovvember, so keep that in mind. Note: Entries can be micro scale. I will be judging on detail, aesthetics and creativity. This means that potentially a really clever little 10 stud micro scale ships could win out over a 50 stud behemoth, if it had some serious NPU and cool shaping. Max Size: Let's save the SHIPs for SHIPtember. No longer than 50 studs. Reward: 2 Points for entering. 2 additional points to the winner, so if you win you get 4 points. Deadline: I realize many of you are building for the CCC, including myself, so let's give this one some time. December 31st is your deadline. Notes: Come on N-11 Ordo and Merc4Hire, I'm really impressed by y'alls building skill and want to see you guys pump out something for this one. Everybody, I was kinda bummed at the low participation we had last FC. Let's get participation for our awesome faction off the ground and show those Terrans and Centuri a thing or 2! +1 point to me for running the challenge.

Iralis-Class Starfighter 2.0A freebuild for November.  SfK/Novvember - Iralis-Class Starfighter 2.0 by ~Erathor Pridenar~, on Flickr Story: Since the development of the original I-Class fighter, upgrades have been made to the design, the result being the 2.0 version of the ship. Erathor of Iralis has found it to be much more stable then the previous version, a certain advantage when attacking enemy cruisers.
