Hey guys, I ordered parts for my figure. They should be coming soon. crazycrownieguy, is it too late to submit a planet? i just created one for Nova-Leauge: Name: Novan System: Nova-Rim HabbitableType: Rocky. Large land mass surrounded by (lava) oceans. Size: 1.5 times larger than Earth's mass Moons: 2 (Quarr and Calrenne) Affiliation: Nova League [ONLY]Species: Humanoids, various bounty hunter species.  Info: Situated in an out-lying sector of the galaxy know as the Nova-Rim (for it's large concentration of Nova-League controlled planets) Novan stands as a command world to the members of Nova league. This outlaw infested planet is home to thousands of bounty hunters and consists of a large land mass on which are built 5 cities, two large spaceports and the home of N.A.W.I.S (Nova Advanced Weapons and Intelligence Systems) Inc. one of Nova-League's most advanced weapons manufactures. Description of Novan's Moons:Quarr: The larger of Novan's two moons, Quarr is a world of ice and snow with numerous chasms and icy caverns. There one (large) inhabited spaceport on the southern end of the planet named after the planet. It is sometimes referred to as the steel dome, as the spaceport is encased in a steel "shell" to protect its inhabitants from the harsh elements of the frozen tundra in which they live. Calrenne: About half the size of Quarr, the moon of Calrenne is lush and tropical, with rugged mountain-scapes sandy beaches This moon is home to a variety of species and contains three large city-like spaceports (in order from largest to smallest): Gutar, Zitri, and Dyn. |

Attention all Nova League members!I, unfortunately, have only received 4 votes! However, the majority of them are for our reigning Nova League champion, N-11 Ordo! So since it looks like no one else will be voting, I am declaring N-11 Ordo's build as the one to make it to the finals! Congrats once again man! My first February freebuild:  Mech. by Mark of Siloam, on Flickr
Mark of Silentrius' custom mech suit has arrived. On the left arm, we have a hand for grasping and an A8-rapidfire laser blaster with the reserves in the back. Also in the rear are the twin WUU3X2 fuel cells. The right arm is equipped with a titanium shield; large enough to be useful; small enough to be practical. The feet have optional magnetic and suction capabilities for when in the worst of terrain. All parts are hydraulically powered for prime performance. Centuri and Terrans flee when this mech shows up. |

Announcement time! Faction Challenge #3 Lore of The League! Premise: Write a piece of lore or history pertaining to the League. Ideas include showing the history of a league planet, or maybe an old league legend. Points:There will be two parts to this FC, a lore/story/history part, and a physical build part.Story/lore/history: 2 points for entering, 2 extra for winning.Build: 1 point for entering, 1 extra for winning.Date: March 31st, 11:59 PM anywhere in the world.Rules:
Must take place in the last 100~ years.
Must contain a specific date.
You may enter up to three times in both categories, but will only receive points for two entries, one per category.
So a maximum of 3 points can be earned if you do not win one or both categories. |

hey sorry for the double post but I've been reading the other factions and was thinking of a few ideas we could potentially implement. I am only saying this because of the relatively young age of this forum and "game"
Even though we are a mixture of people and different small groups could we not have a leader of all the groups in the nova league, something like mandalore where he has some respect from the major groups but not everyone has to follow him. Just a suggestion cause I would love to see a pirate king space style leader.

I have actually been slowly working on a historical leader of the league for one of my FC3 entries, but I think it is really up to BrickNinja as to if we will add a pirate king or something of the sort. |

That should be fine. CCG hasn't updated the map yet, so just zip over to the planet entry thread to see the necessary criteria for entering one. I'll think about the idea of a Mandalore-style Nova Chief, that could be interesting. Attention all Nova League members!Couple of announcements:
- We won the GC! *Does victory dance* Hearty congrats to everyone who participated, especially N-11 Ordo, who pulled us the win by gaining us the 10 build win points. But remember, every entry does count.
- Faction Challenge 3 is up! Lore is a great part of fleshing out a faction, let's get some great entries in to make some interesting history for the league.
- We now have a private forum, yay! Please PM me for password. (Disclaimer: Cheesy password is not my fault. Blame lego3364!  ) -lego3364 Edit: I found it fitting...-
- And finally, scores should be updated as soon as we at the mod team can work out a slight kink in the system... |

If we go for the Nova League chief idea, it should be rather vague. He should not really hold any power, I mean what's the point in being an outlaw, if you are still under the control of a monarch (like the Terrans ). Also, once we are at it, we might aswell come up with a rough version of the Nova League "Code of Honor", just so everyone can properly integrate it into their FC3 entry. I'd have a few suggestions already: Code of honor -no attacks on other League members while hunting the same target (be fair). -No unnecessary violence. Kill your victims quickly, don't make them suffer too much. -Don't give away League secrets, like hideouts, weaponary, member list etc. -Other members of the league can't be targets. Save your energy for the real enemy. So much for my suggestions. Rather simple and easy to remember. Also, that would make for some good basic plots for FC3. |

what type of alien can we not use the light green ones like the monster commander, some of which where collectible minifigs or can we not user the bug type people that are sand green
