Well guys, since I didn't get many votes from people, I think I'm going to be judging contests until we have enough active members to get sufficient votage. Thanks to everyone who did vote! All the entries were great, I liked them all. But I'm going to have to again give the win to N-11 Ordo! I really like the attention to detail and the asymmetry. Announcement!! This is important, please read it.
We currently have 5 planet spots left for non terrans to fill. Of those 5, only 1 is a habitable option, the other four MUST BE HOSTILE TO SENTIENT LIFE!!!
Terrans: In your system that was custom added just for YOU, there are also only 5 spots left, 2 of which are habitable. The other 3 MUST BE HOSTILE TO SENTIENT LIFE!!
EVERYONE: If at all possible, I would like the remaining 10 planets submitted to the planet thread by the end of january at the very latest. Don't miss out on your chance to affect the whole of the cage! It will be quite a while till another chance like this pops up, so please don't squander it!

As for the logo, I'd like to hear some suggestions  It would be great to have the whole Nova League participating in this, since the final design may become the official NL logo for quite some time. Basically the info I'd need to get started is: -basic colors -form (circle, triangle etc.) -any form of typo ? Do we have a catchphrase ? -objects (symbols,animals etc.) I really want you guys to be involved with the design, so don't be shy ! |

For animals, some kind of predatory bird is my input. Colors could be grey on a orangey-yellow background w/ black highlights. Thanks for doing this, Ordo!

I would say maybe dk red and dk grey for colors. Maybe a hawk or falcon for the animal?

For colors I would suggest dark red and either dark or light blue.
For the shape, I think a ring with a triangle in the center attaching at the top and sides would be cool. Then you could have some sort of animal on the triangle. |
