"Here they are, just as you requested, Philip." Mark said to the Centuri captain.
"Hey! you said you were rescuing us!" the main 'prisoner' said indignantly.
"I did, and I did rescue you. You're not being sold; this Centuri, Philip, has a special grudge against the Terran Empire. He only paid me to free you three to spite them. You're free to go now." Mark said as he examined the crate that held his payment.
"You'll need help taking that to your ship, won't you?' Philip asked, 'A Terran ship..."
"Yours for that other crate.' Mark said nodding to the other crate on the floor, 'And I'll need a ship to go on with."
Philip chuckled and glanced at the ground. "I was hoping so."

Mark was climbing into his new ship with two crates of loot. He smiled and looked back at Philip and said: "You know this isn't an alliance; just a business transaction. I'm still a mercenary. The Terran Empire has deep pockets, too."
Philip smiled and said: "I realize that and won't take anything personally. Hopefully we can do business again."
"Have room for some co-pilots?" the main 'prisoner' asked Mark.
"Sure, climb in." |

Attention Nova League members! Since only 2 entries have been submitted so far, I am hereby extending the deadline of Faction Challenge 2 to January 5th! That should give new recruits like Mark of Silentrius and Ziggy Stardust and ones who wanted to enter like crazycrownieguy, Merc4Hire, and N-11 Ordo time to crank out some entries, even if they're just microscale ships.

Hey, due to the semester being over soon, I will have quite some spare time in the weeks to come. So, I thought, after my icon idea for the SfK Flickr group was that well liked, I could also create an icon for the Nova League. Those who like it could then add it to their photos or even print it and use it as a decal on their builds. What do you think ? And are there any suggestions of what the icon should look like ?

N-11 Ordo that would be awesome! However, I think priority should be to getting a GC entry in if you can. If you have extra time, though, a logo would be awesome! Attention Nova League Members!Last day to enter FC2!

One of Mark of Silentrius's cargo ships for smuggling goods. The MSV is the largest, with plenty of custom added weapons and modified engines to help keep his cargo out of the hands of law abiding citizens. |
