League ships are equipped with basic temperature stabilization units. But Terran and Centuri ships, who are flown by pompous captains with piles and piles of cash, give themselves leather chairs and surround heating. Anyway my point was that these arguments seem petty compared to the very real problems of mass poverty in the Galaxy. "pompous captains with piles and piles of cash"  ?  Maybe in the Empire, but you seem to forget Centuri is a group of recently colonized planets on the fringe of the galaxy. We struggle in inhospitable environments every day to make a living. We may be a civilized culture instead of thieving barbarians, but that doesn't mean we spend our days rolling in money.  |

You're an oppressive monarchy, whereas we have a senate. Our smaller ships and troops would outmaneuver your slow ones and destroy them. Like the Death Star. We Centuri thought that the recent Terran harassment was just saber-rattling, but according to their new FC they are preparing for war!  EDIT: BTW, I'm, deleting all the previous off topic posts from this thread. |

EDIT: BTW, I'm, deleting all the previous off topic posts from this thread. Ok, What was those Armed Cannons for then? Maybe shooting Butterflies? Those were purely defensive weapons, as they can't move. Which means the only way you Terrans will get hurt with them is if you are intruding into Centuri territory!  Also, we considered unarmed cannons, but studies found those to be an ineffective deterrent. |

I may have joined the Centuri on a tenuous contract basis when I landed - a bounty hunter doesn't like to have too many ties - but I've since come to see the tyranny of the Terrans and the wanton piracy of the Nova League benefiting none but themselves. Go Centuri! |
